Who is Nathan “Zette” Stevens?
And why does he feel the need to have two names?
Well, hi, I’m Nathan and my friends on the internet call me Zette. During my day job I’m a technician slinging emails and drinking coffee. During the in between time I’m wrapping up my bachelor’s degree in Bible. It’s not strange to see me roleplaying my heart out while playing D&D. It’s equally in character for me to be fired up about the next sermon I plan to preach. If I’m not doing those things I’m usually playing a video game.
hapax legomenon (n) - a term of which only one instance of use is recorded.
Beyond being a good joke to poke fun at—having my real name and my internet handle on the blog serves as an indicator. This blog isn’t like any others, that’s why it’s named Hapax Legomenon. Many creators write on Jesus that also have a “slice of life” component. Many tech authors also incorporate video games. I’m writing on all those here on HL. Admittedly I run the risk of having an audience of one by combining all those four elements but it’s a very true thing about me.
